Thank you for using Gawda.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds for Gawda’s software and services.

1. Subscription Fees

Gawda operates on a subscription-based model. Fees are charged in advance based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, annual, or custom enterprise agreement).

All pricing is communicated clearly before purchase or subscription activation.

2. Free Trials & Demos

If a free trial, pilot, or demo period is provided, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

No charges will apply during officially stated trial periods unless otherwise agreed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital software services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed and access to the platform has been granted.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Billing errors caused by Gawda
  • Technical failures preventing reasonable use of the platform, where unresolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Cancellation requests submitted before subscription activation or renewal processing

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not typically be issued for:

  • Partial usage periods
  • Unused licenses or inactive users
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the platform
  • Subscription downgrades during an active billing cycle
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party services, internet providers, or customer-side infrastructure

5. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future renewals, but access to the platform will continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

6. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise contracts, onboarding services, integrations, custom development work, and implementation fees may have separate commercial terms and are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Gawda support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
